CppCMS moved to MIT License

Today I decided that CppCMS 1.2 will be licensed under MIT license instead of LGPLv3.

These are the goals of this move:

  1. Increase the CppCMS market share
  2. Bring more developers to CppCMS project itself

Regards to all CppCMS users.
