Web Server Upgrade

http://cppcms.com and http://blog.cppcms.com were migrated to new ec2 Ubuntu 20.04 server. If you notice any issues update please.

Known Issues: there are problems with wikipp table of content. I'll handle it later. Fixed

I like cppcms very much. The version 2.0.0 is work

Is version 2.0 in progress or abandoned? I see that the last entry is from 2021.

It isn't abandoned. It is actually stable version and works well. I just hadn't officially "released" because I wanted to add few things but now busy with other two projects.
